Loved my visit to Sana Coffee in Cheltenham — a cozy Japanese-inspired café with a chill, dog-friendly outdoor area. The Udon Carbonara was super comforting and packed with flavour, and the Tuna Poke Benedict was light but satisfying. Also recommend the Okonomiyaki Omelette — such a fun twist on a classic. Great coffee (Ona) and the Iced Hojicha Earl Grey was earthy and refreshing. Perfect spot for a slow brunch, especially if you’re bringing your pup. Definitely coming back!

The salmon firecracker bowl was another standout, super tasty and packed with flavor We also loved the curry chicken — huge portion, really flavorful, and pairs perfectly with kimchi and tartare sauce Drink-wise, a matcha lovers will appreciate the creative combos, especially the banana milk matcha The space itself is inviting, blending an industrial vibe with a cosy feel — perfect for a relaxed meal. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into curating their menu — definitely worth a visit!

Really enjoyed the food here - and was curious about so many options on the menu, will have to come back! Staff were lovely and as I’m pregnant swapped my stool out for a chair and helped advise on dietary requirements. Very thoughtful.

Sana Coffee offers a serene escape in the heart of Cheltenham, where a refined Japanese-inspired menu will transport you to Japan! They serve a wide variety of Matcha drinks and it's never enough. The staff here were so nice and accommodating. If it's your lucky day you will also find the owner serving you. We loved everything we tried and would definitely go back! - Wagyu Katsu Sando x 100 - Okonomiyaki - Firecracker Salmon Bowl - Mont Blanc - Cappuccino Make sure you go nice and early as parking is very tricky on a weekend.

Friendly service, excellent pastries and an interesting menu. If you are keen to try a Japanese style breakfast (because there aren’t really any western options available) then this is the place to be. Just bring your jackets as the open doors make it quite chilly on a winters day

Amazing atmosphere and the service is on point, from the amazing drink selections with all of them tasting so good to the assortment of different dishes with them all being such a treat. This cafe is amazing and well deserving of 5 stars, the carbonara udon is a must try and a star signature for good reason but if that's too creamy or heavy the firecracker salmon is also such a nice and light meal. Great food, atmosphere, service and drinks...highly recommend. Tried a few things before but our favourite is the udon carbonara and the matcha drinks - can easily tell that's a lot of peoples favorite as it's just about on every table. Coffee/drinks wise, the cold brew great and their matcha range/combos. Pastries are ok, but not really comparable to the other bakeries close by.
